Youtaya Terms and Conditions –
Know Your Rights Before You Play

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement. Your continued use of Youtaya after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. Youtaya will notify registered players of material changes via the registered email address on file, but it remains your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

These Terms are written in English and governed by Philippine law. In the event of any inconsistency between a translation and the English version, the English version prevails. If you are uncertain about any provision, Youtaya's support team is available 24/7 to assist you.

To register and play at Youtaya, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Youtaya strictly prohibits underage gambling and will verify age during the account verification process.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of gameplay. Accessing Youtaya from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by Youtaya or any affiliated gaming authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of Youtaya or its technology and game partners.

Youtaya reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending review.

Each player is permitted to hold only one Youtaya account. Opening multiple accounts — whether to circumvent a suspension, claim duplicate bonuses, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Your legal full name as it appears on a valid government-issued ID.
• A valid, active Philippine mobile number or email address.
• Your date of birth, which must confirm you are 21 years of age or older.
• Accurate bank account or e-wallet details used for withdrawals.

Youtaya may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing your first withdrawal or at any point during your account's lifetime. Acceptable KYC documents include a Philippine passport, SSS ID, driver's licence, PhilSys National ID, or any valid government-issued photo ID. Proof of address may also be requested.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Youtaya will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility until you notify us of unauthorised access.

Youtaya accepts deposits from the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other participating banks), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine pesos (₱).

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier page before you confirm a transaction.
• Youtaya does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payment methods registered in a third party's name. Deposits must come from a payment method owned and controlled by the account holder.
• Youtaya uses SSL encryption and complies with applicable Philippine financial regulations to protect all transaction data.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer timings depend on the processing bank and InstaPay/PESONet network availability.
• If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, contact Youtaya support immediately with your transaction reference number.

Youtaya reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if it is suspected to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering activity, or originating from an ineligible source. In such cases, Youtaya will cooperate fully with relevant Philippine authorities.

Withdrawing your winnings from Youtaya should be a smooth experience. The platform is specifically designed around Philippine payment infrastructure so that most withdrawals reach your GCash or Maya wallet within minutes of approval.

• Withdrawals are only processed to a payment method registered in your name and linked to your Youtaya account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before your first withdrawal can be processed. This is a one-time requirement.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the cashier page and are subject to periodic review.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• Youtaya targets same-day processing for approved withdrawals. Processing times may be extended if additional verification is required or during periods of high system volume.
• Youtaya reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending investigation if fraudulent activity, collusion, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

Youtaya offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, in addition to these general bonus rules.

• Bonuses are credited to your account once all eligibility conditions of the specific offer are met — for example, completing a qualifying deposit within the promotional window.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through different accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• Youtaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated to affected players before taking effect where possible.
• Bonus funds expire as stated in the individual offer terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Youtaya may withdraw any bonus at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing low-risk or opposing bets to guarantee a guaranteed return from bonus funds.

All games on Youtaya operate through certified Random Number Generators or, in the case of live games, through live dealer studios subject to regulatory oversight. Game outcomes are independent, random, and not influenced by Youtaya or the player's history on the platform.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. Youtaya cannot reverse a bet once accepted by the game system, except in cases of a proven system error.
• In the event of a system error that affects game outcomes or credited amounts, Youtaya reserves the right to void affected bets and restore balances to their pre-error state. Players will be notified if this occurs.
• For sports betting, including PBA betting, all wagers are settled based on official results as reported by the relevant governing body. In the event of game postponement or cancellation, Youtaya's standard void and refund policy applies as stated in the sports betting specific terms.
• Youtaya does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before wagering real money. Youtaya provides game information and demo modes where available.

The following actions are prohibited on Youtaya and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action where applicable:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using Youtaya for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).
• Colluding with other players or manipulating game outcomes through any means.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Youtaya staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN or proxy to mask your true location or to access Youtaya from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving gaming services.

Youtaya may suspend or permanently close an account with or without prior notice if there is reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 8.

You may request the closure of your own Youtaya account at any time by contacting support. If you request closure as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion, your account will be closed immediately and you will be excluded from all Youtaya marketing communications.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or breach of Terms, Youtaya will withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned or released for withdrawal.

Youtaya is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that while most players enjoy gaming as entertainment, a small number may develop harmful patterns. It is our responsibility to make it easy for players to get help.

• All registered Youtaya players have access to deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods. These tools can be activated from your account settings at any time.
• Self-exclusion is available for periods ranging from one month to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account is locked and you will not receive any promotional communications.
• If you believe that your gaming is no longer recreational and is causing financial or personal harm, contact Youtaya support immediately or visit the Responsible Gaming page for resources.
• Youtaya actively monitors for indicators of problem gambling and may proactively reach out to players who display concerning patterns, as part of our duty of care.

By using Youtaya, you confirm that you are playing for entertainment purposes and that the funds you use are discretionary income that you can afford to lose. Gaming should never be used as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

Youtaya collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission. By registering with Youtaya, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Personal data is used solely for account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, regulatory reporting, and the delivery of Youtaya's gaming services.
• Youtaya does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to Youtaya's legal retention obligations.
• All data is stored on secured servers using industry-standard encryption protocols.

All content on the Youtaya platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Youtaya or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Youtaya content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use may constitute copyright infringement under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Youtaya's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player into their Youtaya account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Youtaya is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from gaming outcomes, platform downtime, or payment processing delays beyond our reasonable control.

Youtaya makes no warranty that the platform will operate without interruption or error. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect service availability. Players will be notified of planned maintenance periods where possible.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between you and Youtaya will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before escalating any dispute to formal legal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact Youtaya's customer support team in writing. Most account-related complaints are resolved within 5 business days. For gaming-related disputes, you may also approach the relevant gaming regulatory authority in accordance with applicable law.

Youtaya reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the platform will display a prominent notice and the updated Terms will be sent to your registered email address. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Continued use of Youtaya after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
